To return your product, you should mail your product to either of the location below with the invoice and client number connected to the purchase:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, and which location the product is being shipped from. the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary between seven (7) working days to thirty (30).

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thanks for your business. It means a lot to us!! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or the services we have provided, we’re still here to help.

RETURNS: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. The cost for shipping shall be to

your account. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
If it is item, it must be in the original packaging and an official email sent to inquiries@drukerglobal.sale to the attention of DRUKER Global OU outlining your complaint. If if was for services done, please forward to us a copy of the invoice along with our signed completion of services statement.

Your item or service queried needs to have the valid receipt or proof of purchase or signed services agreement from us.

REFUNDS: Once we receive your official complaint outlining the defect of problem via email, we will advise you which manufacture the product needs be shipped to so that they can inspect it, and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also be interfacing with the manufacturer and notify you immediately on the status of item, and where a replacement, refund or cost to you is necessary after we receive the manufacturers update from inspecting the item. If it is for services, please take at least 5 pictures of the work performed taken from different angles which you deem to be unsatisfactory

If a refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within seven (7) working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not considered working days for us. You will also receive a rebate for the shipping cost if the warranty is neither voided nor expired.
