What is the procedure for receiving a free return?

1. Put back all the article in the box (original wrapping and accessories).

2. Complete the return voucher included with your delivery packaging.

3. Print the free return label and stick on to the box.

4. Drop off the box in your post office (making sure to keep your submission slip)

5. Upon receipt by our team you will receive a full refund on your account within 5 working days.
